EA documentation is a blueprint that helps stakeholders to understand the current state of the organization and the common vision for the organization’s desired state.
EA development methods such as, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and the Architecture Development Method (ADM) are adopted depending upon the engagement context.
The EA blueprint help customers to understand the gaps in the current and future state architectures. Subsequently, the enterprise architect defines a roadmap with relevant projects that are in transition from the current to the future state. The roadmap highlights the projects that are to be implemented and the recommended sequence of execution. We also provide high-level guidance on the approach to execute projects and thereby ensure smooth implementation of the projects.

Customers with defined EA blueprint and roadmap look for support during the EA implementation. Our EA group has been involved in providing the required support during the implementation phase. The type of support provided includes participating in EA councils in customer organizations and guiding our project teams. Project teams need to be guided on solution architecture and design to ensure that their implementation complies with the defined Enterprise Architecture.
The implementation could be either with or without the support of a commercial EATool. Our EA Group has been involved in both types of engagements. Our enterprise architects are familiar with commercial EA tools such as, System Architect from IBM Rational Telelogic, Enterprise Architect from Sparx Systems, ARIS from IDS Scheer and Troux.
